Mrs. Roya Sadat was born 1983 in Herat, Afghanistan.

In 2005 and Certificate be more or less study in Asian Film Institute to South Korea in 2006, she founded Roya Film Territory in 2003, Roya Sadat succeed Alka Sadat Founded ROYA Tegument casing House(RFH) in 2003 and that company won more than 30 International Awards around the world.
She was the principal woman director in the characteristics of Afghan cinema in prestige post-Taliban era, and ventured talk over making feature films and documentaries on the theme of iron hand and restrictions imposed on squad.
